DialTask is a recurring software subscription sold by restaurant location. The personalized website demo is available before paid activation and is separate from production phone service.
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period has begun, except where a refund is required by law or DialTask expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
You may cancel a recurring subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already started. Any effective cancellation date and continued access through a paid period will be reflected in the applicable billing workflow.
Adding or removing billable restaurant locations may result in prorated subscription adjustments through the payment processor. Draft locations are not intended to become billable merely because a location record exists.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact DialTask promptly with enough information to identify the account and charge. We will review reported billing errors and correct verified errors as appropriate.
If DialTask expressly offers a future promotional credit, discount, or trial, the terms shown with that promotion control that offer. DialTask does not rely on a default free-trial period for standard activation.
